Brook’s was amazing. Communicated very well with me up until the start of my trip until the last day when I returned. The camper was fantastic, clean, in great shape and clearly well maintained. Set up was easy, operation was easy, just an all around great experience. Had an issue with the TV but Brooks took care of that immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. The enclosed trailer I rented was in excellent condition, well-maintained and clean, and the owner promptly addressed a minor issue during my rental. Overall, it was a stress-free rental experience and I would highly recommend this owner to others.
